Jay Gubala, E-Commerce & Business Development General Manager for has been an employee of The Herb Chambers Companies since 1996.

He works with John, Tina and a national training company that also offers superior on line live classes.

Their goal is to ensure that new Herb Chambers employees received the right training for their new position. It’s critical that the training that they initially receive gets reinforced, updated as needed and ultimately carried out as they move forward in their career with Herb Chambers.

They are tasked with the responsibility to assure that employees of The Herb Chambers Companies keep timely and accurate records of inbound inquiries via the telephone and/or the Internet. This includes responding in a timely manner to customers requests for information and literature and informing the customer base of upcoming events and promotions. These employees are most often the first point of contact for customers, so it is essential that customer satisfaction is their number one priority.
